Cookie Policy
How we use cookies to improve your experience.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by a website. Websites can also use similar browser storage technologies, such as local storage, to remember choices you make while using the site.
How we use browser storage
Our main website does not currently load site-wide analytics cookies by default. Where you choose to load certain third-party content, we use browser storage to remember that preference on your device so you do not need to enable the same embed again each time you visit.
Preference Storage
If you choose to load certain third-party embeds, such as Google Maps or Facebook video content, we store that choice in your browser using local storage. This helps us avoid loading those services until you have explicitly asked for them.
Third-Party Embeds
Some pages give you the option to load content from third parties, including Google Maps and Facebook. These services are blocked until you click to enable them. Once enabled, the provider may set cookies or similar technologies and process technical information such as your IP address under their own privacy and cookie policies.
Virtual Tour Content
Our virtual tour is hosted from this website rather than from an external video platform. It may use browser features needed to render the tour, but we do not currently enable a separate analytics platform on the main website pages by default.
Managing your cookies
You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings at any time. Doing so will remove remembered embed preferences and any third-party cookies that have been set on your device. To find out more about cookies and how to manage them, visit www.aboutcookies.org.
Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
